WOW, I had a whirlwind Labor Day weekend for sure! It started off in New Orleans where Jessica and Dung had a huge 600 guest wedding. It was my first time back to New Orleans since Katrina and I could definitely tell that things were a bit different.
The wedding was wonderful and we had an amazing time! Here are some of the great moments and images from New Orleans...
We got in late Thursday so that we could scout out some great locations. Here is a cool shot right outside of Harrah's...
We also got a chance to check out the areas that the Katrina hit pretty badly. It was really quite surreal! Look how high the water line is on this house!
Ok, while scouting out some locations for the wedding, we had to stop by the World Famous Cafe Du Monde and grab some Beignets!! YUMMY!!
I thought this was an old nostalgic way of presenting the workers...
Doesn't that look good?
OK, here are some from the wedding...
Jessica getting ready...
Her gorgeous dresses!
Jessica helps a flowergirl get ready...
I thought this was cute...
I know you brides like shoes, so I promise to post more of them!

I thought this shot was cute!
We decided to do a few shots around Jackson Square...
I also took some fun ones in the Harrah's Bar of just the girls...

Dung's Grandma was willing to pose for me too!
The reception Decor...
The wonderful cake!
At some Asian weddings, the bride and groom go around to all the guest tables and make toasts...
I love the look and feel of this shot as it was done with no flash...
And after the formalities, it was party time!!
It was a great wedding and it will definitely take me a while to edit all of the fantastic shots we got! The rest of the wedding will be available to view after October 6th.
